In perspective, you may want to specialize in a specific area as senior expert and business advisor.<\/p>\n Business Development <\/strong>\u2013 You are responsible for the further development of methods and processes and are the customer’s voice on innovation needs of our software solutions, from usability to technical functionalities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n YOUR PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n Qualification:<\/strong> You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the field of IT or logistics and have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills through further training measures.<\/p>\n Experience:<\/strong> You have several years of professional experience in business process redesigns and corresponding knowledge in the areas of digitalization and automation of business processes. You are familiar with common process modeling standards. Knowledge of Java or Groovy as well as experience with BI tools such as Power-BI, QLIK or Tableau are a plus, same with experience in logistics, but none is a prerequisite.<\/p>\n Way of Working and Personality:<\/strong> in addition to a high affinity for IT, you are characterized by a structured, methodical, and solution-oriented way of working, an elevated level of customer orientation and effective communication skills.
