Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship in an industrial or IT environment and have acquired equivalent knowledge and skills through further training measures.<\/p>\n Experience:<\/strong> You have several years of professional experience as a consultant as well as a leader of process optimization and automation projects. You are familiar with the analysis and optimization of business processes, including profound requirements management. Experience with logistics processes would be desirable but is not a prerequisite.<\/p>\n Way of Working and Personality:<\/strong> In addition to a high affinity for IT, you are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working, an elevated level of customer orientation and effective communication skills. You have the ability to understand complex interrelationships holistically and to present them in an addressee-oriented manner.
