Dynamically growing team of interdisciplinary experts
We are an international consulting and software company founded in 2017. Starting with 3 employees, we are now a dynamically growing team of around 50 experts, including consultants, application developers, process designers and support specialists. After the start-up phase in the Technology and Start-up Centre Niederrhein, we have been working in our own company building since 2022, which promotes collaboration in our interdisciplinary project teams and customers with state-of-the-art workstations – from idea workshops to steering committees. We are particularly proud of the regular hiring of our self-trained specialists in digitalization management and application development as well as our high and growing attractiveness for experienced specialists from consulting and industry.
Long-term success story of our software solutions
What was previously reserved for a leading global logistics group is now available to all interested companies: our high-performance supply chain management software cargoconnect. With the acquisition of all source code rights in 2024, we are now offering cargoconnect on the market as a SaaS solution. Many members of our team have been broadly involved in the design, continuous development and ongoing operation of this software from the very beginning. Over 10 years of our expertise and innovative strength have gone into this software. We have been supporting locations and end customers worldwide for a long time.
crosslinxx, our solution for business process automation, was also developed by our logistics and IT experts so that our customers can manage their complex processes securely and economically across system and company boundaries – as a stand-alone application or integrated into cargoconnect.
At home in the center of Europe’s logistics hubs
Our head office is located in Kempen on the Lower Rhine, ideally positioned between the Dutch Supply Chain Valley and the Ruhr region – two of the largest logistics hubs in Northern Europe. Numerous leading logistics service providers and companies operate their central warehousing and distribution centers and production facilities here. We have further locations in the Rhine-Main region (Obernburg) as well as in Berlin and Münster (NRW).

Our managing partners
The two company founders Jens Kokon and Sven Vogel worked as Head of IT and lead developer in international logistics groups across all sectors for many years. Oliver Tietze joined the team in 2021 with his many years of experience in top management consulting and industry in the plant engineering, lifts, automotive, retail and steel sectors.
