Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d)

Location: Kempen or Obernburg am Main (Germany)

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our customers with questions about setting up, using and troubleshooting our software solutions.
• You analyze requests and problems, document them in the ticket system and find solutions – independently or in collaboration with our development team.
• You carry out installations and configurations and teach customers how to use our solutions safely and efficiently through training and instructions.
• You take on project tasks, from prioritizing to coordinating and independent processing of topics.
• You help to continuously improve our internal processes.

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of logistics or IT
• Experience in IT support, customer service or a comparable role with direct customer contact
• Understanding of the basic functionality of software solutions
• Basic understanding of warehouse, production or transport software or operational processes desirable

• Strong service orientation with a high level of quality awareness and reliability
• Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility and interest in troubleshooting and solving problems
• Team spirit and a good balance between working independently and collaborating with other teams
